At Gathered, every ceremony is created with care, presence, and respect for the moment being marked. There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to love, commitment, or transition, and the way we gather to witness these moments matters.

To honour this, I offer two ceremony pathways. Both are heart-led, and intentional. The difference lies in how deeply we journey into your story together. Some couples want time and space to reflect, remember, and weave their relationship into every word. Others are drawn to a simpler process that still feels grounded, meaningful, and true.
Whichever path you choose, your ceremony will be held with warmth, professionalism, and deep respect for who you are and what this moment means.
Gathered Ceremonies
Your ceremony should reflect your story, and so I've created two distinct options to capture your ceremony vision.
Gathered Signature Ceremony
Storytelling has been part of my craft for more than 12 years. The Gathered Signature Ceremony brings that experience together with everything I value about ceremony: story, ritual, relationship and a genuine sense of connection.
Across two relaxed Zoom meetings, I’ll guide you through the different chapters of your journey, with thoughtful questions designed to uncover the heart and soul of your story. From there, I’ll weave your memories, quirks and meaningful moments into a rich, beautifully written ceremony that sounds like you. You’ll receive the script in advance so we can refine it together until every word feels right.
This offering is for couples who want their ceremony to be part of the ritual—not simply the legal bit before the celebration begins. It gives us the time to build a real relationship, so that I’m not a stranger standing beside you during one of the biggest moments of your lives. When we gather on the day, I’ll be a familiar and steady presence: grounding you, guiding the room and making sure everyone knows exactly where they need to be.

Simple & Timeless Ceremony
For couples who want to skip the grand production but still be married in a way that feels beautiful, warm and meaningful.
The Simple & Timeless Ceremony is an intimate, elopement-style offering focused less on detailed storytelling and bespoke scripting, and more on gathering your favourite people, exchanging your vows and making it wonderfully official.
It isn’t limited to just the two of you and your witnesses—you can still bring a small circle of the people who matter most. Your ceremony will be thoughtfully delivered with warmth and intention, while keeping everything relaxed, uncomplicated and true to you.
The Simple & Timeless Ceremony includes:
A relaxed planning meeting
A beautifully written, ready-to-use ceremony
Personal vows, if you choose to include them
Preparation and completion of all required legal documents
Lodgement of your Notice of Intended Marriage

These ceremonies are generally available on weekdays, with some conditions applying.
Simple doesn’t mean impersonal. It means keeping what matters, letting go of what doesn’t and getting you married with warmth, ease and just the right amount of magic.
Whichever Gathered ceremony you choose, you’re getting more than someone who simply turns up, says the legal words and sends you on your married way.

I want to know who your people are; the ones who need a front-row seat, the ones likely to cry before you’ve even reached the aisle, and the one person who can absolutely be trusted to hold the rings. I’ll connect with the people helping to bring your ceremony together, make sure the music is ready, work alongside your photographer and help everyone understand where they need to be and when.
For the Gathered Signature Ceremony, this collaboration goes even deeper. We’ll use the rehearsal to practise the important moments, settle any nerves and make sure the ceremony space, timing, music and movement all feel right. I’ll coordinate with your key vendors so that everyone is working together and you’re not answering logistical questions when you should be soaking up the moment.
I see my role as part celebrant, part ceremony coordinator, part steady hand and part professional keeper-of-everyone-on-track.
Because your ceremony shouldn’t feel like a collection of moving parts. It should feel cohesive, supported and completely held. Leaving you free to be right there inside it.
